This X-POWER Standing Pet Dryer looks like almost new condition and seems that it was either never used or had minimal use. Just by looking at it you could not tell it apart from a new unit. It has been tested and work with both the airflow and the heating function. The Dryer has an "anion" function that is an anti-static anti-frizz feature.
