I’m not sure of the exact age , or who made this teacup & saucer , there is a df on the bottom with the numbers 3954... it’s a very beautiful set .there is 1 little tiny chip at the bottom edge of the teacup , very hard to detect and doesn’t take away from the beauty of this item ...please see pictures, the gold work on the cup is beautiful. Thanks
