Vintage Shingle Hatchet/hammer end/Wood handle/ distressed

Description

head is dirt with tar and rust.
wood handle is cracked with silver tape on it.
I see no maker.
13 1/2" long x hatchet is 7" long x 2" wide x 1 1/4" deep.
