This is a REPRODUCTION Movie Script for the 1990 film titled, "The Doors". This script has a red,
IXTLAN, cover on it.
However, I do not believe this script was used during the production of the film. As you can see in the pictures provided above the Title Page is hand signed by the Writer, Oliver Stone. This autograph is a real hand signed autograph, it's not a photocopy.
The red IXTLAN cover is actually from Oliver Stone's own production company and I believe he signed several scripts like this one to promote his film after the production had completed.
I have this script listed in the REPRODUCTIONS category for that reason
. I believe this script is actually from the 1990's but it was probably used for promotional purposes rather than being used by a Cast or Crew member
.
Even though this script is not Original in the sense that is was not used during filming, it is still rare and collectible because it is hand signed.
This script has all white pages throughout inside and it is 137 pages long
.

Storyline
:
Oliver Stone's homage to 1960s rock group The Doors also doubles as a biography of the group's late singer, the "Electric Poet" Jim Morrison. The movie follows Morrison from his days as a film student in Los Angeles to his death in Paris, France at age 27 in 1971. The movie features a tour-de-force performance by Val Kilmer, who not only looks like Jim Morrison's long-lost twin brother, but also sounds so much like him that he did much of his own singing. It has been written that even the surviving Doors had trouble distinguishing Kilmer's vocals from Morrison's originals.
