Seems in new excellent condition.  The cords are wrapped as though they are new. I don't see any signs of usage but I cannot be certain.
Unit was tested and wipes warmed up nicely.  Felt good to the fingers and hand being warmed up.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy this clean unit.
