This is a rare front plate from a Model IIF - plate has special mounting fixture for IIF slow speed cover plate that is different from the more common IIIF model.
Screws to mount to shutter body are include - condition varies.

Sometimes old cameras a simply beyond the point of cost effective repair - even though this work is often a labor of love some cameras are in such a condition that their best use is as a 'mechanical organ donor' and become a source of parts to save other cameras and bring them back to useful life.
