It features a 3-tiered cake sitting on a brown dog bowl and modeled after Pluto. The bottom layer has a green collar around the top; the middle layer has a Free-D dog bone; and the top layer has a lit candle between Pluto's ears.  This sparkly pin measures about 1 3/4 inches by 1 1/4 inches and comes on original card.
