This auction is for a real original
THE ACME
HUDSON PATENT
marked
escargot
pea type whistle. These were made by the J. Hudson & Co for the military.  On the left side of the
whistle
, there is a WD
crows-foot
marking /|\ and the date 1912 . Has a bright, very loud tone like it should. The pictures show it well.
The whistle is solid and cork pea is in great shape. The date of the whistle is
1912 and in good shape for 100 + years
. The whistle you get is the one shown.
